With winners too numerous to count, Faith Schway has provided the key to success in most pageant systems in her home state of Minnesota, as well as throughout the United States. The most victorious coach in the Miss Minnesota USA Pageant's history, Faith produced a "double win" for the ELEVENTH time in the past three years consecutively ( Miss Minnesota USA 2009, Erica Nego and Miss Minnesota Teen USA, Vanessa Johnston, Miss Minnesota USA 2007, Alla Ilushka and Miss Minnesota Teen USA, Vanessa Vonbehren and Miss Minnesota USA 2008, Kaylee Unverzagt and Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2008, Sarah Sprayberry). With an all-encompassing background as a pageant coach, director, and participant, she has experienced first-hand every aspect of pageant competition. Faith is a former Mrs. Minnesota-America and has been the director and television host of the Mrs. Minnesota-America Pageant since 1990. In addition, she directs the Mrs. Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia-America Pageants leading directly to the Mrs. America and Mrs. World Pageants. She has also directed the Miss St. Louis Park Pageant and the Miss Minnesota Teen All-American Pageant. Faith has been knighted by the St. Paul Winter Carnival as "Maker of Queens" and held the title of Miss St. Louis Park. In 1982, she founded Premiere School of Self-Improvement and Professional Modeling, Inc., in Minneapolis which she owns and directs. This is Minnesota's most established school of it's kind, specializing in self-confidence building, professional modeling, and pageants.
In 1998, Faith created "Pageantry Against Cancer" benefitting the American Cancer Society. A former Minnesota Vikings cheerleader, University of Minnesota danceline member, Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Minnesota, former manager of multiple departments for Dayton's, fashion show commentator, and professional model, she provides experience beyond compare. Paying attention to her clients' every last detail, she offers complete honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, hardwork, and professionalism making for a "winning" combination for you!
Faith is married to attorney, Carl Schway, with whom she co-directs the pageants. The Schways reside in Mendota Heights, Minnesota and have two sons, Scott and Brian.
